After nearly two decades in hospitality, I decided it was time to hang up the apron and pick up something a little less chaotic — a mop.
I’ve always loved the buzz of a good event, just not the late nights and the “what the hell happened here?” part of the hospitality grind.
Turns out, the one thing I’ve consistently been great at is restoring order after the fun ends. - Turning chaos back to organized.
So I created After Party Pro’s — a business built on good humour, good work, and giving my family something meaningful to be part of.
Today, my older kids and a few close friends jump in with me, turning this into an actual family operation… the kind where everyone knows their role, and nobody argues about who’s taking out the recycling.
